Does the system use internet data or will it use Wi-Fi?
The device (handheld) is equipped with internet access, allowing it to function without the need for Wi-Fi support.

How can we access the daily and monthly patrol reports?
Reports can be generated using the dashboard at any time, and real-time patrol records can be monitored via the dashboard as well as Telegram.

What about premises in remote areas with no internet access?
Security guards only need to conduct their patrols as usual. Once the patrol is completed, they should go to a location with an internet connection to ensure the data is stored on the device and synchronized with the server when connected. Patrol data can also be stored in the cloud as required.

Are there any charges for damage to the GEP device?
If damage occurs due to negligence on the part of the guard or company, we will charge for device replacement. However, if the issue is technical, our team will replace the device with a new one.

Are the checkpoints rugged?
GEP checkpoints are rugged and suitable for use in both indoor and outdoor environments. They are made from durable, rust-resistant ABS plastic.

Why use Telegram for reports instead of other apps like WhatsApp or WeChat?
We choose Telegram because it allows messages to be saved as long as the account is not deleted, and there is no memory storage limit.

Why does the Panic Button notification not involve the police, fire department, or ambulance?
This is to prevent unwanted incidents, such as false reports, where a security guard may accidentally press the panic button. The panic alert will be notified first to the Operations Manager and our system before any external authorities are involved.
